can i bring my pets

As describe on each property listing, pets are allowed in most of our properties for an extra charge of 50.00 $CAN to be confirmed at booking.

is my reservation refundable?

A 25% non-refundable payment is requested at the time of booking.  The final payment is due 30 days prior the check-in date and will be charged automaticaly.  Refunds will not be possible for any cancellation made 30 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date.

I have a balance on my reservations when will that payment be due?

what about the security deposit?

The security deposit is a pre-authorization taken on your credit card on the day of arrival. Upon inspection after your departure, if no damages are found and there have been no instances of negligence, this security deposit will be promptly refunded. The security deposit amount varies depending on the property.  

How do we retrieve the keys or lock code to access the property?

A door code OR a key lockbox code will be emailed to you 7 days prior to your arrival. This email will also include all necessary informations for your arrival including the property address, the alarm code (if applicable), specific instructions relating to the property and emergency contact information.

is the fire wood included? if not, where can i buy some?

Fire wood inclusion or not will be specified in the property listing.  If this amenity’s not included, you can buy on your way in from Quebec City at Dépanneur Les Portes de Charlevoix, La Côte-de-Beaupré, QC G0A 4J0 or at one of these locations:

You can get many supplies in Baie-Saint-Paul such as: Grocery, gas, liquor store, restaurants, convenient store, etc.
