As describe on each property listing, pets are allowed in most of our properties for an extra charge of 50.00 $CAN to be confirmed at booking.<\/p>\n

A 25% non-refundable payment is requested at the time of booking.\u00a0 The final payment is due 30 days prior the check-in date and will be charged automaticaly.\u00a0 Refunds will not be possible for any cancellation made 30 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The security deposit is a pre-authorization taken on your credit card on the day of arrival. Upon inspection after your departure, if no damages are found and there have been no instances of negligence, this security deposit will be promptly refunded. The security deposit amount varies depending on the property.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A door code OR a key lockbox code will be emailed to you 7 days prior to your arrival. This email will also include all necessary informations for your arrival including the property address, the alarm code (if applicable), specific instructions relating to the property and emergency contact information.<\/span><\/p>\n
